Sometimes couples reach an impasse. They've built up so much resentment that productive conversation and problem solving seems nearly impossible. Still others have entered into therapy and had some success, but now even their therapist feels stuck and uncertain about how to help move the couple further toward their goals.

At ContemporaryCouples.com. we offer a unique consultation service that can open up new possibilities for positive growth and change. A couple counselor can consult with two of our experienced relationship consultants through our webinar platform. The unique option of meeting with two consultants in a joint session allows the couple to get a variety of professional perspectives within a short window of time. Unlike traditional couples therapy, these consultations are typically limited to one to three sessions with the goal of quickly uncovering new ideas and options the couple can use going forward. Couples even have the option of inviting their regular therapist to join the call (there is no charge for the therapist to attend). All sessions are completely confidential (please review the Statement of Confidentiality below).

Couples can speak with the couple counselors by phone, or by video cam on their computer if they have one. By conducting the session in front of a computer screen, the consultants are able to display notes and ideas that they jot down during the session.

Simply fill out the inquiry form below and our office will contact you within 48 business hours to schedule the consultation and take your payment. The fee for this private consultation with two of our relationship consultants is $250.

Statement of Confidentiality

You can expect a safe opportunity to talk about your thoughts and feelings during consultations with the professionals at ContemporaryCouples.com. All information is kept strictly confidential and will not be released to any individual without your written consent. However, you should be aware that there are certain circumstances and conditions in which the content of our conversations may no longer be confidential. We are required by law to disclose information to the appropriate authorities if:

1. There is reason to believe you are in eminent danger of harming yourself or someone else.
2. There is reason to believe you are involved in or have knowledge of child or elder abuse.
3. A judge legally compels us to testify in court or subpoenas the notes from our meetings.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

You are responsible for attending the webinar consultation on the scheduled day and time. Consultations will be one hour in length. Please understand that we will end on time, even if you are late, to avoid running over into another couple's consultation time.

If you must reschedule the consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Fees will be charged for all appointments missed without 24 hours advance notice.
